Cygalle Beauty accepts all unopened products within 30 days of purchase.
Contact email@example.com to return defective/damaged products identified upon receipt within 24 hours.
If you are not completely satisfied with Cygalle Beauty purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for CygalleBeauty.com purchases and in-store purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Cygalle Beauty monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any point.
This policy is effective as of September 10, 2019.
CygalleBeauty.com purchases can be easily returned to our store at 838 West end Ave. PH 4, New York, NY 10025 for fast processing or by mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures described below). We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
When you return your purchase to CygalleBeauty.com by mail and we receive your item within 7 days of arrival to you, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.

♦Contact us with your name and order number and let us know you’d like to make a return. Please be sure that you have read and understood our return policy before initiating your return within 7 days of arrival. If you have any questions or need clarification, please note that in your returns inquiry.
♦ Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and Cygalle Beauty packaging (if possible).
Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
♦ Print the prepaid return label we sent to your email and mail your return via United States Postal Service.
♦ You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It takes up to two weeks to process returns and issue a refund or an online store credit. Return shipments can be tracked with the tracking number on your return label and we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact our customer service team.

Visit our store to return an item purchased from CygalleBeauty.com within 30 days of purchase.
♦ Please bring your original order confirmation email with you (in print or on your mobile device) as well as the credit card you used to place your order. If you do not have the credit card used to place the order, please bring a valid ID.
If you are returning a gift from Cygalle Beauty and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, please contact us to set-up the gift return and we will happily issue you a store credit for the full purchase price.
